We are continually updating and revising the products that we are selling through this website. As such, products may be discontinued at any time and differences between what is shipped and what is described may occur on occasion. While we will use all reasonable efforts to fulfill any orders we receive, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular product displayed in the website.
Refund:
Please Email us, do not ship anything back to us without getting a RMA number first. It may delay you getting a replacement or refund if we just receive products back without prior knowledge.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases.
Return and shipping policies:
1.)We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to exchange or refund the product price (less S&H, when applicable) within 30 days of purchase.
2.)For exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system. The product must be in its original condition, including UPC bar code, original packaging, and all included components.
3.)All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back.
4.)Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
5.)Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
